Strategic Context

On 18 December 2023, Stockland announced the acquisition of a $1.06 billion masterplanned communities (MPC) portfolio from Lendlease.

The portfolio was acquired through the Stockland Supalai Residential Communities Partnership (SSRCP), a joint venture with Supalai Public Company, a leading Thai property developer.  

Additionally, SSRCP entered into a call option over additional parcels of land for up to $239 million, subject to certain conditions precedent being met.
