Ben Leotta

I'm an associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Corporate Finance team, working across buy-side and sell-side M&A as well as debt and equity capital markets. My team works across the broad spectrum of energy and infrastructure, having been involved in everything from power & utilities, renewables and toll roads to data centres. Covering an industry that is in the midst of a major transformation is particularly exciting, as we're constantly challenged with staying up to date with evolving market thematics while thinking creatively to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

Day to day, my role is dynamic depending on what transactions we have on and what stage they're at, though at all steps we're consistently working side by side with our clients. Being in the energy and infra team, I do a lot of detailed financial modelling and analysis, primarily focusing on unpicking growth drivers of a business, market trends and developing business plans, with the ultimate goal of critically assessing each opportunity and creating value.
