Brigid Meagher

Brigid is Jarden’s Chief People Officer, leading the firm’s people strategy to support its purpose of connecting people, insights and capital. She is focused on accelerating professional growth, fostering an inclusive and dynamic team culture and empowering individuals to drive success for clients and the firm.

Before joining Jarden, Brigid was Head of HR for both RBC Capital Markets and RBC Investor & Treasury Services in Australia. Prior to that, she was Head of HR for the UK and Asia Pacific at Aspen Insurance Group in London, where she also led the global HR strategy and initiatives for the Reinsurance business. She has also held senior HR leadership roles at Challenger.

Brigid holds an Executive MBA from UTS, is a certified Executive Coach and has HR qualifications from The Wharton School, London Business School and Macquarie University.
